New information about the next iteration of the series – WWE 2K18 – will start to be revealed, including who will get the coveted spot on the game box’s cover.

Even for fans who don’t play the games, the information will undoubtedly be significant. Last year on May 31, Goldberg was unveiled as a special pre-order playable character. On June 27, it was announced that Brock Lesnar would be on the cover of the box. The associations that both men had with the game ultimately led to Goldberg returning to the company, beating Lesnar, and winning the Universal Title from Kevin Owens. Now, the two men are slated to meet one last time in the main event of WrestleMania.
